With thirteen fixed shops positioned along the routes your fleet actually run, from the Gulf Coast to the Canadian prairies, covering all Class 1 railroads in North America, Transco is never far away for your freight car and tank car needs.

Our fixed shop locations can accommodate all tank car compliance inspections, freight car repair, valve rebuilds, coatings, onsite storage and cleaning are all handled in one location without coordinating multiple vendors.

Mobile Repair Units (MRU)

When a railcar needs service, waiting isn’t an option. Transco’s Mobile Repair Unit teams are strategically positioned across the United States and Canada, ready to respond wherever your railcars are located.

Our experienced technicians arrive equipped with the tools, equipment, and expertise to perform repairs on both tank and freight cars in yards, on sidings, at customer facilities, and virtually anywhere service is required. By bringing repair capabilities directly to your railcars, we help minimize downtime and keep your fleet moving.

 

On-Site Shop Locations

For customers with on-site railcar inspection and repair needs, Transco can establish a dedicated on-site repair solution facility tailored to your needs.
